Today was a day of celebration! We gathered with our 20 families and officially presented them the keys to their new homes. Our team members each selected one family to present to, based on special connections they made with the families during the week. Together, we all feel like we have made new friends for life here.

Novacom has been sending teams to El Salvador for 6 years and with 20 homes being built this year we have now built 97 homes in total. This speaks to a company culture of care and social responsibility. This is a bright light in a corporate environment that often sees only profit. All of this effort and investment pays huge dividends, not only to the people of El Salvador but also to the Novacom staff, who find these trips to be personally stretching and impactful for life. Also, we could not do this without all of our supporters and trade partners.
