Our Noodlebox project came to us as it was the same owner as our successful Meat and Bread Restaurant new build. This partnership consisted of converting a previous tenant’s restaurant space into a Noodlebox location that represented its other locations and company brand. The 1,625 restaurant renovation included a new commercial kitchen, natural wood elements and decorate art work throughout.
Noodlebox was born out of a small food cart in Victoria BC’s Chinatown in 2001. Their unique style of Southeast Asian street food became so popular that people were willing to wait hours in the rain to get their fill. In 2003 they opened their first store in downtown Victoria, and have since opened many more throughout BC and Alberta.
