About the Lions Gate Community Centre by the District of North Vancouver
Lions Gate Village is a vibrant, pedestrian-oriented neighbourhood, with local-serving businesses, jobs, a community recreation centre, and a mix of housing options for residents at every stage of life. The Village serves as a gateway into the District, thanks to its unique location at the edge of our boundary, near Lions Gate Bridge. By building on its natural setting near the Capilano River, its easy access to transit, and its proximity to commercial properties on Marine Drive, we are creating a more vibrant and complete community.
