This tenant improvement transformed existing space into advanced lab and office facilities. The renovation included minor demolition and the construction of specialized labs on the ground and second floors, featuring biochemistry and chemistry rooms, as well as three microscope rooms housing some of the highest-quality equipment in the country. The second floor was redesigned to offer modern, open office spaces and versatile meeting rooms, fostering a collaborative work environment.
