Fraser Lands Church Expansion

Our Fraser Lands Church Expansion project in the River District of Vancouver truly gave us the ability to live out the pillars of our company by Transforming Spaces, Perceptions, People and Communities all at once. With a growing community, the church desperately needed more space to extend the range of programs and events they could offer resulting in a 16,000 sq.ft. addition, built on top of an existing parkade.

Novacom was hired for Construction Management Services and worked closely PH5 Architecture to help the church meet both their vision and financial goals for the project. The project included extensive structural upgrades to the parkade to support the addition, a large multipurpose room, centrally located kitchen, meeting & class rooms, and a gymnasium.
