This project involved the renovation of a 45,000 SQFT executive office space within Bentall 5 in downtown Vancouver for a confidential resource sector client. The multi-phase tenant improvement included upgraded meeting rooms, executive offices, collaboration areas, and hospitality-focused amenity spaces designed to support daily operations and large-scale presentations. The project featured premium architectural finishes, custom millwork, integrated AV technology, and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems throughout. Working within an active Class A office tower, Novacom carefully coordinated construction sequencing and stakeholder communication to deliver a refined workplace environment that balances functionality, flexibility, and elevated corporate design.
