This project involved the relocation of Colliers International’s Vancouver office, spanning two prestigious Class A buildings: Oceanic Plaza and Rogers Tower, for a combined total of 65,000 SF. The project featured luxury millwork, custom ceiling finishes, and sophisticated aesthetics throughout. A uniquely designed interconnecting staircase was constructed between floors 11 and 12 in the Rogers Tower, adding to the seamless design. The work included electrical and HVAC system upgrades to support the new office layout and ensure optimal functionality.
