What makes a team work well together is good leadership, a common goal, and an understanding of one’s role.  Sometimes teams transcend this and move beyond the common goal to impact each other and the people around them for great and lasting good. Today Novacom’s two teams realized this kind of impact. Hard work with laughter, relationships and memories that will last a lifetime.
