This project involved a five-floor tenant improvement for Netflix’s new Vancouver studio in the heart of Mount Pleasant. Delivered under a CCDC 5B construction management contract with Colliers as owner’s representative, Novacom took part from early preconstruction through to handover, working closely with the design and client teams to plan a complex, multi-level fit-out. Highlights include a feature interconnecting staircase linking the floors and a purpose-built screening theatre, along with production-focused workspaces designed around the needs of a global entertainment brand. Construction was completed on its original schedule, giving Netflix a premier creative workspace that blends studio functionality with high-end design.
