The RBC Brentwood Flagship Branch is a sophisticated tenant improvement fit-out located in the new Amazing Brentwood mall, designed to serve as a premier banking location for RBC. Completed within an aggressive 20-week schedule, the project transformed a shell space into a fully operational branch. A custom-built steel mezzanine and interconnecting staircase were installed to enhance the space, creating a two-story environment. The fit-out also included comprehensive mechanical and electrical systems, security upgrades, plumbing enhancements, and modern high-end finishes, resulting in a sophisticated and inviting banking experience.
