Get ready Vancouver! Shopify is coming to town and is partnering with Novacom for what will be a one of a kind office space. Over 1,000 new employees will be experiencing an office location designed for them to thrive while working for a Canadian company with a worldwide presence.

The new office space will be in Bentall 4 and will be occupying four floors and over 70,000+ square feet of space. Partnering with Adamson Associates Architects and Linebox Studio, we are working together during the preconstruction phase in preparation for a construction start this summer. Our team just got home from touring Shopify’s Toronto and Ottawa office locations to get a first hand experience of their unique culture and environment.

Each office location for Shopify is a unique experience and a one-of-a-kind design. Employees are treated to work pods, collaborative spaces, and an amazing culinary and bistro set-up, giving them the spaces to do productive work and have fun while doing it. Being selected as Shopify’s Construction Manager for their Vancouver office is something that Novacom is extremely proud of, and we are thrilled to be a part of such an exciting project.
