KPU Langley West Wing

Located at KPU’s Langley campus, this LEED Silver project consisted of the complete demolition and retrofit of 11,500SF of existing classroom space to create new offices, meeting rooms and work areas for students services and administration.

The scope included very intricate millwork and glazing details, a new exterior curtain wall glazing system with stainless steel portal, and an extensive mechanical and controls upgrade. The work was also completed in occupied environment which required careful interface with staff and students to maintain uninterrupted operations.
