McDonald’s No. 3 Road

Located on No. 3 Road in Richmond, this project holds special significance as it was the first McDonald’s location in Canada 50 years ago. To celebrate their 50th anniversary, this new flagship restaurant was designed to incorporate a completely new interior design scheme that will eventually roll out across Canada.

Before constructing the new building, the existing building was demolished and the entire site regraded. Alongside construction of the new restaurant, we completed a significant scope of off-site works for the City of Richmond, including a new sidewalk, crosswalk, and sewer main. The 5,500SF restaurant itself was a combination of wood and steel construction, with the new interior design scheme involving unique millwork, flooring, and ceilings.
